This indicates that the cushion is black and beige vial coated fabric with 3 piping seaming lace. Model 6-73vj the Willys parts tag indicates this is color code 25. The cover measures roughly 43 x 19 at thickest area.
According to my Willys manual, this is used on the following model's and years: 1949 jeepster. The fabric is soft and very pliable. The original box is in good to excellent condition considering it be possibly over 70 years old. They are very faint and hard to see.
There are a few spots on the beige area that have some extremely minor dis-colorization from either manufacturing process or many years of shelf storage. Please feel free to e-mail me questions. It is in brand new, never used condition and free of cracks, tears or any other damage.
