I cannot find exact application, but '62 olds star fire and jet fire model's have interior trim part numbers that are extremely close, also Chevrolet had a number for parts from same year sure looks much like '63 Chevy deluxe bucket seat style. New old stock brown vinyl full front back seat cover with part number on a tag inside it.

It is Gm for sure, but I could not id.
